Refund Policy

1. Trial

The 14-day trial requires no payment. No refund question arises if you cancel before adding payment details.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and the subscription does not renew.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions paid up front may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but downgrade and cancellation requests are honoured for the next renewal.

4. EU consumer cooling-off (where applicable)

For Customers identified as consumers under EU law, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. By starting to use the Service within that 14-day window you expressly consent to the supply of the Service immediately and acknowledge loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

5. Service credits

Service credits issued under the SLA are applied to your next invoice and are not refundable as cash.

6. How to request a refund

Email billing@enginara.app with your workspace name and the invoice number. We respond within 5 business days.
