Accessibility statement

1. Conformance target

We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That covers the marketing side (this site) and the authenticated product (workspaces, dashboard, reports).

2. Current status

The marketing site and the core product flows are built against WCAG 2.1 AA: semantic landmarks, keyboard navigation, focus-visible indicators, the ARIA tab pattern, and sufficient text contrast. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit yet.

3. Known gaps

• Some report visualizations (sparklines, activity bars) render as SVG with no text alternative. A table-equivalent fallback for screen reader users is in progress.
• Color is occasionally the only signal for delta direction (up or down). Most places pair it with an arrow icon and explicit text, but not all of them yet.
• A few older components in the authenticated app still use the OS default focus ring instead of our brand focus ring. That is a visual consistency issue, not a functional one.

4. Tested with

• NVDA on Windows (Chrome, Firefox)
• VoiceOver on macOS (Safari)
• Keyboard-only navigation across every main funnel page
• Browser zoom up to 200%, with the layout still usable

5. Reporting a problem

If a feature is unusable for you, or content falls short of the target above, email [email protected]. Include the URL, the browser and assistive technology you were using, and what you were trying to do. We aim to confirm within 2 business days and to ship a fix or workaround within 10.

6. Alternative access

If a particular flow blocks you and no fix has landed yet, contact [email protected]. We can send the data or report in a more accessible format, such as CSV, a plain-text email, or an audio walkthrough.

7. Updates to this statement

This statement is reviewed at least quarterly and updated whenever an accessibility improvement ships. Substantive changes are noted in the changelog.
