Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Send spam, phishing, malware, or any unsolicited bulk communication
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any system connected to it
• Connect integrations or repositories you are not authorised to connect, including private repositories of organisations you do not represent
• Use the Service to surveil individual employees in a manner that violates local labour or data-protection law
• Re-sell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service without prior written agreement
• Use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond documented API rate limits

2. Fair use

Plan limits (workspaces, repositories, AI report credits) are designed for normal use. Activity that disproportionately consumes resources may be rate-limited or paused with notice.

3. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse: abuse@enginara.app. Include the workspace or URL where the activity is occurring and any supporting evidence.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and after reasonable notice where practicable, restrict or suspend access to address violations. Material or repeated violations may result in termination per the Terms of Service.
